Continuing the discussion from Barclays (and others) looking to catch up:
Did they not realise that changing their name isnt going to help much unless they also change the quality of the service? All that will happen is that Evri will also end up with a bad reputation, which just makes the entire process a bit pointless.
Evri parcel delayed, lost, or damaged.
Sounds like absolute bull to me. Go to the merchant, your contract is with them. Dispute if necessary. Donāt let them tell you to contract Evri, your contract is not with them.
I agree, but consistency is where they are let down. Our H̶e̶r̶m̶e̶s̶ Evri driver is really great at getting things on time, and updating when theyāre not.
But, I know that this is the exception. If they could get evri driver to do this then they might have a good service after all
Youāre lucky.
Our driver is non existent although last time I saw him he arrived in a taxi so I guess he does 2 jobs and when he has no taxi pickups he drops off the parcels. Iāve never seen a different driver so that could be the reason for delays in my area.
Their model replicates the very successful models found in Asia. Difference is in the UK when you pay someone at that level they do a crappy job and thereās little consequence.
Same here mine is perfect, never had a single issue with a delivery from them.
I tend to agree. Back where my folks live they are not. They once ālostā a mountain bike
Geez, I donāt even know how thatās possible.
Hopefully it got sorted for you.
Luckily Iāve never lost a extremely high value item with them (Ā£60 most but itās still not the point. Even if itās a Ā£1 item still should be delivered successfully and within a decent timeframe.
I just went to the local depot and banged on the door till the night watchman opened up and let me get it (I had proof it was mine )
