Hey @willkg @lincoln @denisewong! Friend of mine is trying to sign up for Monzo US and reported this.

I’m not familiar with the onboarding flow myself but I guess this is to do with getting users from the site into the app.

We’ve raised this internally for some digging 🕵🏻‍♀️ Does your friend remember roughly at what stage they ran into this error? Sounds like it was from trying to download the app on a webpage/referral link?

Not sure Denise! But either way he got there in the end. Maybe worth testing the website > app flow to see if you can recreate
