So I got the email this morning inviting me to sign up to a Monzo Business account, I got as far at the choosing my pin part, after entering it then got a message along the lines of “You’ve not been accepted for a business card” and then the app crashed. Now when I click open my business account it takes me to a pin login screen I enter the pin then get a “Sorry there was a problem” error. Any idea whats caused this and is the not been accepted message was just an error?
