Unable to verify account

Hello!
I’ve been trying to sign up for monzo, but the automatic verification system states it couldnt verify my details so its stated I need to have a “quick chat” but whenever i click “chat with us!” Theres nothing but a blank page and I’m not getting any responses when I type something on there. I wasnt sure if it’s just a wait and see issue or if I needed to do something else? Thanks!

You can try reinstalling the app, otherwise call or email Monzo and I’m sure they’ll be able to help :slight_smile:
