Duplicate payment to o2

ive had the same payment taken twice and need it reversing please

On the bottom of the payments, scroll to the very bottom, does it say pending?

They’ve probably not connected the payment to the dispatch correctly. On one of the payments, scroll down and select the “Something wrong” button and Monzo will be able to help you. Nobody here can do it.

When I go though something wrong it just says wait 8 days with no conformation that something will get done cause it just takes me back to the previous screen

It happens automatically, you’ll get your money back as the auth expires. There’s talk about it in this thread, Nike seem to do it a lot.

But go through to chat and they’ll solve it.
