I’m not sure I quite agree and I’m sorry if my reply came across as dismissive!
We concentrate on intercom as a priority, and merchant feedback is a task we do on something called bizops. We can do this if our regular bizops tasks are quiet but this week has been super busy!
Saying that, we have had a couple of people who have been assigned to just merchant feedback and we try to keep the numbers down.
If you have anything you want me to look at please DM your email and which merchant you’ve submitted feedback for.
It did to me as someone who values the merchant feedback feature and expects the app to look slick. But it just needed clarified which you have done. Thanks for that .
