Direct debit guarantee

Question:

Monzo show all direct debits a few days in advance of them coming out, why did you not query this the minute that showed up in app instead of waiting for it to leave your account?

I never check my app unless I have too. Also I’m running iOS 13 and notifications don’t show up.

Yes they do I have iOS13 and it also shows in the feed

What build are you running? The app keeps crashing I never could see the main payment section

So Three continually rip you off, are slow to respond, their offices are now closed and it will ultimately take 2 weeks for them to fix their own mistake yet Monzo are awful ones?

You’ve already spoken to Monzo once and now you can’t give them a little time to reply? Geez :grimacing:

Just go in to monzo settings and turn notifications off and on again and it’ll kick it back to life.

Toggle the top two options off and on.

Now I am confused why would Three be taking £181 if you are no longer with them and switched to Voxi?

It is a massive mistake on 3 part if it is correct to go from £9 to £181!!

Sounds like a contract cancellation fee…

Could be although the OP said it’s a 30 day rolling contract and 3 did try and apply one to my final bill on a rolling contract till I said about getting trading standards involved
