It’s a shame my post got flagged for being offensive, I meant no disrespect by what was said.
What would be nice is a Monzo staff to visit and clarify that if anyone wishes a return of direct debit payment that it will be actioned no questions asked, no proof needed and by the very next day like the scheme rules say.
Not sure why theres so much drama, seems straightforward.
