I know the topic isn’t new. I intend to highlight this situation: once many 60+ people are “forced” to use the apps, it will be easy for us ( I am 70+) to make a disastrous mistake. I want to raise an alarm to the directors about this situation. This issue has more than 5 years!! Why does a simple and important issue has no solution? You’re not forced to use monzo as a bank, many high street alternatives have similar apps and functionality.
I’d suggest probably taking your time if you need to delete a payee; to make sure it’s the right one.

As a customer who’s approaching 70 (in around 18 months) I have to say I’ve no issues using app based banking and have been doing so with Monzo since 2018! It’s the way things are going,but if you need advice there are people on this forum who I know will attempt to help and advise you or you could contact customer service
