Delayed Delivery of Replacement Cards

I had frozen my Monzo nearly two weeks ago now and about three days after I froze my card I got a notification saying my new card would be with me in “2-4 business days” my replacement card has still not arrived and it’s been nearly 10 business days now. This is really inconvenient, because the majority of my money was on the card. Is this an issue with monzo or with the delivery service??
