That sounds like an unrelated issue. The problem only occurred late this afternoon
Was it sent bank transfer or faster payments?
It’s a Bacs payment
Those take 3 days. Instruction sent day 1, Monzo know it’s going to happen on day 2 and you get the money on day 3 (simplification there but that’s basically it)
If they sent it yesterday you will have a feed item today saying it will be paid on Monday. If there’s no feed item then Monzo haven’t received the file yet
