Declined refund?

I applied for a refund via a merchant yesterday.
When I checked my account today there was a entry from the merchant but it showed as declined. Has Monzo declined my refund?
I don’t understand the entry

I’ve also had shopping not show on account after 2 days. Why?

Some retailers don’t process until they dispatch or until they process the transaction so that could be why your shopping isn’t showing up

I don’t have a screen shot. It was a ticket for an event so no dispatch of goods.

Hard to say what is going on without seeing a screenshot.
