Creating an account error - no link going to app

Im trying to ‘join Monzo’ - not a great start to be honest.

I’ve put my email in, got the Monzo email with the link but when I click it it takes me to the website which then says the link will appear in app to click ‘Launch Monzo’. It’s not doing this. So we can’t even begin to join Monzo, which already makes me want to look elsewhere.

Sounds like a device issue not a monzo issue.

Have you tried restarting your device and clicking the link again?

Just to check: you are clicking the link on a device which has the app already downloaded?

Monzo is an app based bank. Download the Monzo app and do everything through that.
