I can’t log into the app using the link sent to my email.

**Issue: I can’t log into the app using the link sent to my email

I have tried to log in for the first time in the app then the web but I can’t access it at all.

Any help would be appreciated as I’ve been on hold for a long time.

When odd things like this happen following the below steps usually resolves it.

  • Delete the Monzo app
  • Restart your phone
  • Reinstall the Monzo app

Fingers crossed that does it.
