How do I contact monzo regarding a pending transaction that has not been refunded? I cannot find any link to actually speaking/contacting them! Hell would be greatly appreciated.
Help section > Search “Contact” > Press “Contact us”
Or you can do it via that transaction, which is the better option. Scroll down and “Something wrong? Get help”
Monzo debited my account with £10 after a failed transaction with giffgaff.
Ok, speak to monzo.
It’ll likely return within 7/30 days if giffgaff don’t collect the funds. Monzo can let you know if that’s the case.
