Cannot find any sort of chat option in the app any more! Side effect of growth, I suppose. Anyway, that leads me here.
I got a prompt to confirm my tax residency. Fine. Do that, it’s all correct, so I click the button that says that. It then asks me to explain why I have a phone number that is not in my tax residency. Well, actually, I do not. The only 2 numbers I have are in my tax residency. So, I try to explain that in the box, and click the button to submit. It just blanks that box and goes back to the same page. So, perhaps I went over the 200 chars. I try again. Shorter. Same. I try again. Nope. I try a 1 liner. Nope! App seems just stuck in a loop here, so either you get 5/6 explanations from me, or nothing. Don’t know! Anyway - The app seems either broken, or not acknowledging any response from the user. Page just always empties the text box and asks me to explain the same again.
