Confirming identity bug

Was asked to confirm my identity again because i changed phones but after completing everything it has been stuck on this screen now for a week. Anyone know if this is an easy fix?

Delete the app.
Restart your phone.
Reinstall the app.

Sign in.


If this doesn’t fix it, you can do one of two things.

Email or if you can get to it, speak to them on chat. I had similar when I last applied, it got stuck on their side.

By emailing help they were able to ‘unblock it’ and get it up and running within minutes.
