Was asked to confirm my identity again because i changed phones but after completing everything it has been stuck on this screen now for a week. Anyone know if this is an easy fix?

If this doesn’t fix it, you can do one of two things.
Email help@monzo.com or if you can get to it, speak to them on chat. I had similar when I last applied, it got stuck on their side.
By emailing help they were able to ‘unblock it’ and get it up and running within minutes.
