My child’s card is activated, but will not allow her to pay via tap nor chip n pin. I have checked the app, but nothing is showing that the card is blocked or that there is an issue. I am stumped. Can anyone help?

It could be a number of things, but to narrow down where the issue lies:
- What shows on the card reader?
- Is there any notification in app?

It tells me the card details aren’t recognised! But it was activated and new in May this year.
