My child card won’t work with chip and pin or contactless but works for online payments

Hi @jessr2808 & welcome :wave:

From the Monzo app home screen:

  • tap on the Child card at the top
  • on the card image, tap on the ‘Card’ pill button
  • scroll down and tap on ‘Limits’
  • adjust the controls as required. Example:
