Change childs pin

Hello I was trying to change my childs pin for their card but it just going back in a loop at the ATM (used the sainsburys one so not sure if thats why) could someone tell me why its not happening please. Thanks

Hi @Lizzym91. Welcome to the community.

I would recommend trying the same thing in a different ATM, preferably from a different brand provider (so not a Sainsburys Bank one).
If the same thing happens with a different brand’s ATM then it could be a card issue.
