I thought Monzo had cheque scanning now :thinking: Why was it posted?

What I find really interesting about this is when I wanted real accounts of the timeframes I was looking for the whole thread was quiet but now everyone wants to tell me I’ve made a mistake there are suddenly people to answer me.

Oh well, lessons learned I guess.

If there was an option of bank transfer all along, I’d have gone with that rather than a cheque. Especially with all the trouble you said you had with the company initially. The whole ordeal would be long over by now.

How can you need more expansion? If you’re strictly something that means excluding others no?

The issue is solved and I no longer wish to talk to people who are here to try very lazily to be condescending I’m sure you guys can find better ways to spend your time than to linger on a thread trying to belittle someone. It’s a little pathetic.

How can it be irrelevant when you yourself told me to cash it in at a bank with a bank account that I don’t have. And I’d already said this?

Monzo have confirmed they haven’t received the cheque because of the ā€œChristmas posting periodā€ so realistically I guess cancelling it and asking for a transfer actually won’t take longer than Monzo’s process. Let’s say hypothetically they were to receive it on Monday the money still wouldn’t clear until the Friday which is the 7th working day for Royal London anyway & the advisor said it could possibly be quicker but they have to advise that timeframe.
