Chat is broken - what to do?

Hi there. Sorry to barge in on the forum. I’ve been a reader but never registered before.

Now I seem to have a problem - here it is. I need to use chat to temporarily raise transfer limits (for a house deposit) but chat seems not to be working at all. Two hours and no response to several messages! I’ve tried using another device but this crashes when accessing chat. I need to transfer my money but can’t work out how to do it. Can’t use chat to ask for help. Any ideas anybody?
