Can't chat to anyone on the app


I flagged a transaction a couple of days ago, and was bounced between a couple of people trying to help - but as it was out of the office hours, they said that a specialist would get back to me. It’s now been two days, and I’ve not heard from anyone, and I can’t re-submit my query, as the chat is still ‘open’ - so I’m currently stuck in this loop, where I check in every hour or so, asking what’s going on, but no one at all it getting back to me.

Where do I go from here?
