Changing Monzo.me link?

When I registered with Monzo, I used by full name, and by definition my link is now /kristopher20evolution (its not, but example from my username)

I contacted support a while back to change the name on my account to a shorter version so Kris not Kristopher, however my Monzo.me link is still my full name.

Any way of changing this?

Best thing to do is speak to an agent through the app, there is a guideline somewhere around here stating what is acceptable and what isn’t, I think omitting the middle name, or a shorter version of your first name is mentioned.

Short answer - speak to the an agent in the app

I asked support and very quickly got a shortened middle name + last name on my card and monzo.me!

Sorry to bump an old thread, but just to keep things updated:

You can now only change your monzo.me link if you’re a Monzo Plus subscriber, or you change your legal name. Either way, just drop us a message through the in-app chat.

So essentially if I had waited and I now wanted to remove my middle name like I did last month from my monzo.me name I would have to either change my legal name or pay for Plus?
