If you want to change your name you’ll need to speak to our in app chat team.

Head over to the Help section and search “Contacting Support” :smile:

Hi @Natalie1992

As @AlanDoe says above you’ll need to speak to the in app team. If you’ve done that (and it sounds like you have) you’ll need to wait for them to respond to your request. No-one here can help you to do this.
