Card frozen

Recently I got my card frozen and I received the instruction is to log out and log in the app again. However, I couldn’t because the app said it couldn’t recognize my phone number!!? So NOW I cannot even log in and use my card, I didn’t receive any help from monzo and don’t even know how to contact them. My money is still there and now i lost it without any answers from monzo!! What should I do now???

If it gets to the stage of entering your phone number you’ve used the wrong email on sign up. Worth trying any other emails you use.

If this doesn’t solve the issue then you’ll need to contact Monzo, there’s a number on the back of your card.
