when I put my phone number, I receive the code through phone message, but when I put that code in the app I always receive a “Sorry, there is a problem…” I tried that like 6 times!! I tried calling monzo but couldn’t get any body on the phone ? HELP
If you already have an account it won’t ask for your phone number, it only does that if you’ve entered an email that isn’t linked to an account
Make sure you enter the email you signed up with
