Cant report Fraudulent Declined Card Payment

Someone tried to draw money out of my account in Germany (I am in the UK) . Thankfully it was declined as I changed my card quite recently due to someone trying to pay for something online. However, when I got to “Transaction help” it wont let me report it via the “report problem with transaction” as technically the transaction never took place so it doesnt show up after selecting “which transaction is this about”

Wondered if there is anyway to report this? Also…I need to change my PIN ASAP

I think the only way to change your PIN is via an ATM, it’s not something in-app.

As for the other question, hopefully someone will be able to provide you with an answer.

You don’t need to report a transaction against an old card that’s no longer valid. :slight_smile: So long as it’s different card details etc.
