Can't find the flat number on my address

When I apply for a new account, the address show on the app only have several Flat number on it. I can’t find mine. I have already check the postcode on Royal Mail and my flat number has showed on it, so it might be a bug of the app.

It’s sadly a known issue. You need to email help@monzo.com or call them and they will help :slight_smile:
