Being ignored on app chat

I’m being ignored on the app chat for the last 3 hours. Is there a customer service number I can call instead?

It’s on the back of your card. But you’re far better off just waiting for chat to reply.

You’re not being ignored, you’re in a queue.

Chat isn’t a live system.

Monzo telephony is very limited in functionality, and you’re likely going to get a resolution by waiting for a response in chat.

If you drop your query here someone may be able to help.
