No one replying to my chat on the app. What do I do?


I’d like to cancel the switch for now but no one is replying.

Do you have the option to start an urgent chat? They’re very busy so could be a couple of days before they reply otherwise

Don’t think there’s any option like that.

When you click chat to a real human in the help page do you get a screen similar to this?


If so then enable urgent chat on it and add a comment

I seem to have lost the Urgent toggle in my app, too.

There’s a telephone number on the back of your card, try that.
