Cannot Register for Business Account

Hi,

Received invite to business account, when registering I am asked to enter business start date. I do it but it keeps saying enter valid date which i do but keeps saying incorrect. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Check your phone is set to UK date/time entry? I know this was an issue with people opening current accounts in the past.

Hi @Nerijus would you mind DM’ing me with more information so we can look into this for you? What type of phone are you on and what version of the Monzo app?

If you’re not on the latest version of the app from the app store, could you try to update and see if that helps?
