I keep clicking on the sign up for business bank account on my phone but it says I’m not on my phone!!! I can’t progress with an application.
hi my first reaction would be to suggest deleting and reinstalling the app , seems to clear most little glitches - if that doesnt work get in touch with Monzo in app and message customer support - the question mark bottom right of the screen , type in ‘contact us’ and pose your question
If you don’t have the app yet download it first.
If you already have a personal/joint account the easiest way would be to sign-up for a business account in-app. (Profile image > Scroll to the bottom)
The only other problem could be how your browser/phone is set up to open apps from links - but that’s a bit more complicated.
