Looking at the screenshot it seems like you’ve gone through the application process, right? Even if only part way.
If so it’s merely a case of you not currently meeting Monzo’s criteria for business accounts. That could be for many reasons, including your business activities or SIC codes.
Your best bet is to look elsewhere for an account.
That looks more like an error page of some sort. Can’t tell if that’s intentional though
