Cannot add Pulse account

After my Amazon card account was moved to pulse, I have tried adding the pulse account instead but it doesn’t seem to work and has the error in the picture. Possibly linked to the ongoing Amazon account error?

Exact same problem, contacted support and apparently all newday accounts are offline, and their engineers are working on it, but this has been since 11th November, so not looking too good really.

Seems like it’s back as an option. However rather than going directly to the app for authentication, it decides to redirect to a website which upon logging in throws an error up. Wondering if this has truly been fixed?
