I had connected my Amazon credit card in the Monzo app. But I have since closed that account.
In the app it seems to be stuck with a balance of -£444 which I presume is because the provider changed or something.
Anyway, I have tried multiple times to remove the account but when I try it just shows this error…
There is no other feedback or steps to solve this issue and there seems to be no way to get in touch with anyone through the app anymore. Where has the help chat gone?!
