Cannot activate card on different device

I tried registering for a card on my Android device but it didn’t let me, just said something about it still being in Beta.

So I registered for a card on my iPhone and deposited £100. My card has arrived and now I’m trying to activate it on my Android device (which now seems to allow me to get past the first screen) but it’s asking me to deposit another £100.

Seems like you can’t activate a card on a device other than the one you registered on, which is weird because you’d have thought they’d be linked.

Are you logged into the android app with the same email? If you are can you reinstall the app and log in with the same email and see if that helps.

I’m going to point you to a similar thread from yesterday.

Make sure you’re signed up to the beta version of the Android app. Clear all local app data from Android settings or reinstall it to reset the app and make sure you’re using the same email to sign in that you use on iOS.
