I received the new debit card but the app is not working

Hi All,
months ago i blocked my monzo card because someone cloned it.
i received another one but i never activated.
then i received the brand new monzo card (not beta) and I activated it.

from that moment i’m not able to use the app (and the card). everytime i try to open the app i see a red screenshot with “user does not have a prepaid card and has not passed the waiting list”

does someone knows what’s happening?
