Hi, I’m getting desperate . I cannot get Monzo to work. It has been weeks and weeks. I have installed the latest update in playstore I did want to use monzo as my main account . Really ticked off, can anyone help please? Desperate Deb
URGENT Please read lnk above first I forgot to mention that it was working fine and now I cannot access my money or anything. Replies are painfully slow too.
Are you able to use the in app chat? That’s your best option. If not email email@example.com
Call the number on the back of your card, it is never engaged and they will answer
It’s unfortunate you’re in that situation,
as @Rat_au_van states your best bet is to contact Monzo with one of those methods.
Us customers can’t really help with issues like this .
I’ve tried to bring this to the attention of any Monzo staff online to see if they can assist you.
I’ve also moved your post to its own dedicated thread so it doesn’t get lost amongst any on going discussions.

Sometimes the most simple uninstall and reinstall can do the trick. Good to see if all working.
