Cancel my card

I want to cancel my Monzo card I have been getting money taken without my permission I need it cancelled asap please

If you freeze the card then press the replace card option, it’ll then ask you why it needs replacing, follow those prompts and it’ll get sorted.

Edit I believe once you press the fraud or theft option it’ll ask you to flag those transactions which are fraudulent

Just to be clear on how to do this…

Swipe down when on the ‘home’ tab and the you’ll see a circular freeze card button underneath the picture of your card

Once frozen a ‘replace card’ button will appear next to it.

If you go to each transaction you believe isn’t made by you, at the very bottom it has “Something wrong? Get help” and follow the instructions; your card will block and replace through this process.
