I’ve noticed three direct debit payments that are not showing on the list of Schedule Payments & Direct Debits. I can see most other DDs in the list but these few are missing. I updated to the latest version of the App but they still didn’t appear.

What an odd thing to ask - I think that we can safely assume that a new user joining this forum is referring to Monzo!
@Gerbish - are these direct debits ones that have already been paid from your Monzo account? Have you recently set them up or switched to Monzo from another bank using the Current Account Switching Service?

Yes, they’ve been paid each month for the last 12-18 months. I’ve not switched them over from another current account.
Yes, it’s a Monzo personal current account and they’ve been paid out 12-18 times. When I tried taking it up with Monzo a few months ago before the app was updated and I could chat to them about individual transactions, they said they couldn’t find the direct debit, however, it still comes out each month.
Two of the DDs say at the bottom of the individual monthly transactions that they’re Faster Payment. The other one just says the name of the payee.
I don’t want to cancel them at the moment but am concerned if I did that there is no option to do so on the app.
Are you sure they are direct debits?

It sounds like they are CPA’s, not Direct Debits.
CPA’s are Continuous Payment Authorisations (aka Recurring Card Payments) where you have given a merchant permission to take payment from your card details rather than your bank account. So Monzo won’t have any record of a D/D being set up and they won’t know when it will be paid (or be able to cancel it). To Monzo, a CPA is the same as you wandering into shop and buying something by tapping your card
You’ll have to cancel with the vendor.
