Having issues setting up a direct debit for a TUI holiday, it just bounces back and states the direct debit can not be set up right now.
It is also showing the banks address as
1ST FLOOR , 230 CITY ROAD London
Any ideas around this?
TUI still haven’t bothered updating their systems. It’s been reported on the forum before

I guess in the current situation there is no way to get hold of TUI and get them to update their side of things?
