Hi all,
Having issues setting up a direct debit for a TUI holiday, it just bounces back and states the direct debit can not be set up right now.
It is also showing the banks address as
Monzo
1ST FLOOR , 230 CITY ROAD London
EC1V 2QY
Any ideas around this?

TUI still haven’t bothered updating their systems. It’s been reported on the forum before

Sorry, new here so will do a search now.
I guess in the current situation there is no way to get hold of TUI and get them to update their side of things?

It’s being going on for months now so they’ve had ample time already to do it, just for whatever reason they’ve not
