I have a problem - my mobile phone has stopped working and I am now unable to open my Monzo app.
I’m going to purchase a new mobile online (as no shops are open) but at the point of purchase the website is going to need me to authorize the transaction through the app. How do I get around is?
Also my salary is due hit my account (a day early) on Wednesday. As you know the user is required to specifically accept the early payment through the app. Is there any way to get around this or will I just have to wait until the Thursday when I assume the funds will be naturally available?
I would appreciate if you can offer some advice as this is a frustrating situation.
No I don’t have a tablet or iPad. I thought I’d be ok when I fired up my old Samsung Galaxy S2 but Google doesn’t support this anymore nor am I able to upgrade the software on it for some reason.
If the only device you currently have is the Win10 laptop, then installing Bluestacks could work, depending on your software/systems skills. It basically allows your Win10 laptop to securely run Android apps, like the Monzo app.
