Managing my account with no access to my phone


I’ve managed to break the screen on my phone. Is there a way I can manage my account another way until it get’s fixed? Is there a way to get the app onto my ipad at least?

Any help would be great! is about the best you can do at the moment!

While there’s no dedicated iPad app you can download the phone app onto it


Ah, weird. When searching Monzo doesn’t come up on the ipad, even when filtering for iphone apps. I went through my purchases and found it there!

No. You have the option of either a phone/tablet or the emergency web interface.
