Blank page, unable to access app or login

Issue:
unable to access the app, frozen on blank home page after accessing email login link
(app freeze on launch)
Details to reproduce:

  • Uninstalled the app
  • Reboot phone
  • Reinstall app
  • entered email
  • Tapped log in to monzo app via email link
  • opens app
  • shows blank page
    OS:
    iOS 18.6
    Device:
    iphone 13 pro
    App Version:
    6.39.1

If you head settings, apps, monzo, reset session, does that help?

I’m having this same issue when trying to sign up for the first time. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app and also resetting the session as outlined above. Any other ideas?

I’m on iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 18.6.

We have the same problem with my son’s account - did you manage to sort this out? If so how?

I am having this same issue, has anyone managed to fix this? I phoned support who passed the issue to the app team but nothing yet. I have most of my savings in Monzo and cannot access.

Do you have a different device that you can download, install and login to the :monzo: app?

Worth trying to prove if it is your original device that has the problem (if you can login using a different device) or if it is the :monzo: servers (if you can’t login using the different device)
