I’m having this same issue when trying to sign up for the first time. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the app and also resetting the session as outlined above. Any other ideas?
I am having this same issue, has anyone managed to fix this? I phoned support who passed the issue to the app team but nothing yet. I have most of my savings in Monzo and cannot access.
Do you have a different device that you can download, install and login to the app?
Worth trying to prove if it is your original device that has the problem (if you can login using a different device) or if it is the servers (if you can’t login using the different device)
