[iOS] app not loading

Issue:
I have not used Monzo in a long time and it may be that my account has been deactivated. I downloaded the IOS app on the latest IOS update when I tried logging in through the email link the app loads a blank screen with a “Home” button and a “Help” button at the bottom. I clicked the help button which presents a “Hi, how can we help you today” message but nowhere to type or press.

You probably need to contact support as that sounds like your account has been closed. Email help@monzo.com

Delete your app.

Restart your phone.

Reinstall the app.

Failing that, email as above.
