Hello,
Im trying to activate biometrics on my monzo app. Everytime i activate it on the app and log out, the settings dont save and when logging on again i have to log on using my email address and the link sent.
Can you advise why i am experiencing this issue?

You’re experiencing this because you’re logging out rather than just closing the app. Don’t log out, there’s no need to.
