Just manually moved my Barclaycard DD back to Monzo (04-00-04) and had no problem doing it in the Barclaycard app.
That’s weird, I recently opened an Amazon Barclaycard and had no issues setting up my direct debit to pay out of my Monzo account.
I also have a Barclaycard transfer offer and the direct debit comes out of Monzo. I think I set it up during the initial application on the website.
I’ve just had the same thing in the app with both Monzo and Chase.
