I can correctly open Monzo app with fingerprint.
After I set some details for a bank transfer (set the target bank account, amount and reference) I need to complete the payment by clicking the blue button at the end of the journey. At this point my fingerprint is not recognized. How is that possible? App login via fingerprint works fine.
OS: Android 9

This could be an app/service display overlay issue, which Monzo doesn’t like for security reasons. If you can launch the app by fingerprint, but can’t authenticate while the app is running, there is likely to be an overlay app/service running on the device somewhere.
A few users have found this to be the case in the past.
The error looks similar to the RSA one that used to be common, which was fixed by reinstalling the app.
If that doesn’t fix it then it will be the overlay as David said above.
