You donāt mention the actual error message, however if itās something about an RSA key, I believe you need to turn off and then turn back on āauthenticate via fingerprintā in your Monzo settings and that should fix it.
If itās not that, please confirm the error message you are getting, or provide a screen shot of it.
That is what i see but i dont see why we have to keep turning it off and back on this should be getting fixed its quite annoying
